For me anything higher than around a horizontal res made the text and character way too small IMHO. Posted May 21, It's possible that it might turn up someday, but apparently one of the big guys at the company is putting all of the code changes back in manually which he thinks is great fun, apparently.
This isn't really an issue so much as an inconvenience because they don't actually have masters past 1. The article is here. Posted May 22, I lost all respect for Larian when they went for the pay-to-play patch here on GoG. I can treat them like they treated me which means I'm not buying ANY of the catalog they have.

Posted March 08, Simple advice: do not install it in case you don't want to ruin all the quests and map fixes made by previous 1. Posted May 31, How do you activate widescreen mode? Posted June 01, Any resolutions supported by your monitor should show up in the download version configuration tool. You can manually set the resolution, as well. See the description in the topic below. The game itself should be fine, but depending on the system and resolution, opening the auto map in higher than supported resolutions may randomly or consistently cause the game to crash.
Mostly though, the narrative is there to give the world added depth and detail. I won't be writing any romance or sex scenes, and the main character will not substitute swearing every fourth word for wit. I'll also be adding and changing some dialogue. I'll change as little of the original dialogue as possible, jsut enough to make it seem less awkward like having the main character introduce himself.
At the end of each update I'll include a Behind the Scenes section which includes a map if applicable , and details such as " What's fake in this update? The "What's fake" stuff will be in spoiler-tags to preserve immersion as much as possible, while still being honest. Unfortunately because the first area of the game was designed and released as a stand-alone demo, the main plot doesn't start for several hours mostly spent in the longest dungeon of the game.
The game itself doesn't provide much of a plot hook. Unfortunately, the first part can't be skipped entirely because it does eventually tie into the main plot. Even once the main plot starts, the player character still doesn't understand what's going on for quite a long time.
I'm not doing this as an audience participation LP because the game has so much content as to be overwhelming, and it doesn't hold your hand. In many side quests, the solution isn't out in the open, you have to actively search and investigate to solve them. Letting the audience choose the direction of my wanderings could easily break or shortcut quests.
When I say that the game is a sandbox, I'm not exaggerating. After you get out of the starting area which takes hours and brings your character to about level 10 , three huge maps are opened up for you to explore. You can move a lot of things in the game world, including scenery rocks. You can steal pretty much anything, and kill pretty much anything, including innocent children.
Classes Click for video Divine Divinity's sandbox nature extends to your character classes - there are three basic classes, Warrior, Wizard, and Survivor the stealth class , all of which come in male and female versions. You can chose to play Definitive edition or Classic mode through launcher. Remember the old saves from Classic mode are incompatible with the Definitive Edition.
