We see families walking with their kids. Especially the grocery stores. Not to mention all the viable liquor stores. Many residents with dogs. Some dog parks and plenty of pet product stores and pet friendly restaurants. Many Halloween events and trick or treaters, an annual street fair, block parties, and neighborhood events.

K All around, great private and public schoolls. The variety of restaurants and bars! They street fair once a year on Ventura blvd is a lot of fun as well. A lot of privacy, diversity, and beauty over on this side. Also Ventura Blvd is great to walk around. Far from the beach but close to all major freeways. Very clean! Although Ventura Blvd and freeway is quite packed during rush hours.

Although my family lives on a hill which is not the safest to walk around because of the steepness and risk of cars, whenever we drive down to the flat neighborhoods it is so beautiful, breezy, and welcoming down there.
